On-site Case of Basalt Crushing Production Line
2023-07-27Case Analysis
After learning the customer’s requirements and completing the on-site investigation, we recommended a three-stage crushing process for this project:
First Stage (Primary Crushing):
The raw material is first crushed by a jaw crusher. The crushed material is then sent to an intermediate storage silo, where the vibrating feeder separates it into two fractions: 0-50mm and over 50mm. The 0-50mm material is directly fed into the 4YZS2460 vibrating screen.
Second Stage (Secondary Crushing):
Material over 50mm is sent to the first cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material is then fed into the vibrating screen and classified into four fractions: 6.25mm, 9.37mm, 18.75mm, and 37.5mm.
Third Stage (Tertiary Crushing & Finishing):
Any material larger than 37.5mm is sent to the second cone crusher for tertiary crushing. Meanwhile, the 0-6.25mm material is fed into the sand washer to produce the final finished product.
