In the hard rock crushing production line, equipment selection directly determines the production capacity, particle shape and operating costs. For a 300t/h hard rock crushing project, jaw crushers, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are the core main machines. How to reasonably match these three types of equipment according to the hard rock characteristics (such as compressive strength, silicon content) and economic indicators? The following will introduce in detail from two dimensions: process flow and investment budget.

I. Production Line Process Flow

Primary Crushing: Raw materials are unloaded into the raw material silo by a loading and unloading truck, and evenly fed into the ZXC120 jaw crusher through a vibrating screen feeder,

Secondary Crushing: The materials are conveyed to the DP440S single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher through a B1000×33m belt conveyor.

After secondary crushing, the materials are transferred to a B1200×42m belt conveyor through a B1200×10m flat belt conveyor, and then sent to a 2YA3072 circular vibrating screen by this belt conveyor for initial screening. The initial screening yields three specifications of materials: 0–20mm, 20–30mm and more than 30mm:

1. Materials larger than 30mm

They are returned to the XHP400 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for re-crushing through a B1000×33m belt conveyor, and then returned to the screen for closed-circuit circulation after crushing.

2. Materials of 20-30mm

They are directly conveyed to the finished product pile.

3. Materials of 0-20mm

They are sent to the second 2YA3072 circular vibrating screen for secondary screening through a B800×30m belt conveyor, and classified into 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-20mm finished materials.

II. Investment Budget for Main Equipment

The main equipment investment of this 300t/h hard rock crushing production line mainly includes: one vibrating feeder, one jaw crusher, one single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, one multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and two thin oil lubricated circular vibrating screens. The total investment of the whole set of main equipment is about 3 million yuan.

The above configuration plan is suitable for hard rocks such as granite and basalt.
