NE series bucket elevator is a new heavy-duty plate chain vertical lifting equipment. It adopts plate chain traction and gravity discharging structure, with strong load capacity, high temperature resistance and excellent wear resistance.

This elevator is suitable for vertically conveying granular, blocky, powdery and abrasive bulk materials. Widely applied in cement, mining, coal, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries.

Working Principle

Materials are fed from the bottom inlet, scooped up by the moving buckets, lifted vertically to the top, and discharged by gravity at the head section. The continuous circular operation realizes stable and continuous material transportation.

Applicable Materials  

Limestone, clinker, coal, ore, sand, gypsum, raw meal, granular chemicals and other bulk materials.
