1. Product Overview
The XHP Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a high-efficiency medium and fine crushing equipment for hard rocks. Adopting the laminating crushing principle and full hydraulic control, it is suitable for medium and high hardness ores such as granite, basalt, and iron ore, and is widely used in mines, sand and gravel aggregates, road and bridge construction and other fields.

2. Structure and Working Principle
2.1 Structure Composition
It consists of frame, fixed cone, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, main shaft, multi-cylinder hydraulic system, transmission part (motor, pulley, large and small bevel gears), lubrication system, etc.
2.2 Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the pulley, transmission shaft and bevel gear, which drives the moving cone to make a swing motion. As a result, the materials between the moving cone and the fixed cone are crushed by extrusion, shearing and bending. Qualified particles are discharged from the discharge port, while large particles continue to be crushed until they meet the required size.

On-line Adjustment of Discharge Port: The hydraulic motor adjusts in real time without stopping the machine.
Iron Pass Protection + Automatic Cavity Cleaning: When encountering uncrushable objects, the multi-cylinder releases pressure, expands the discharge port to discharge slag, and then resets automatically, reducing downtime.
3.2 Laminating Crushing with Excellent Particle Shape
Optimized cavity design, large stroke and high swing frequency realize laminating crushing, resulting in high proportion of cubic products, few needle and flake particles, which meets the standard of high-grade sand and gravel.
3.3 Stable and Durable, Easy Operation and Maintenance
Fixed main shaft and small spherical shaft mutual structure ensure reasonable force bearing and stable operation under heavy load.
Thin oil lubrication + sealing system reduces wear and prolongs service life.
Multi-cavity design realizes one machine with multiple uses, strong versatility of spare parts and low inventory cost.
