Product Overview:


The PXH Series Gyratory Crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control technologies. It is a new type of primary crushing equipment featuring high capacity, high efficiency and intelligent operation. Compared with traditional gyratory crushers, it delivers higher crushing efficiency, lower operating costs, and easier maintenance and adjustment.

The gyratory crusher is mainly composed of a crossbeam assembly, upper, middle and lower frame assemblies, a moving cone assembly, an eccentric sleeve assembly, a transmission assembly, and a hydraulic cylinder assembly. The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gears. The eccentric sleeve then drives the moving cone assembly to perform circular oscillation, realizing continuous compression crushing of stone materials.

By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the discharge opening, and thus flexibly control the product particle size. Meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder provides over-iron protection function: when uncrushable objects (such as iron blocks) enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically lower the moving cone to release the iron blocks and resume the crushing operation.

  • The crossbeam bushing and seal can be easily replaced without disassembling the crossbeam, which reduces labor, time and equipment consumption as well as production loss caused by downtime.

  • The heavy-duty integrated main shaft is equipped with a patented alloy steel threaded main shaft sleeve, which reduces the stress on the main shaft.

  • The moving cone lock nut with a cutting ring simplifies the disassembly of the moving cone liner.

  • The high-strength frame design ensures trouble-free operation even under harsh crushing conditions, and extends the equipment's service life.

  • The main shaft and the moving cone are cast as an integral whole, which prevents the moving cone from loosening during the crushing process.

  • External adjustment device for the backlash between the large gear and the pinion gear.

  • The thrust bearing wear indicator releases harmless silver powder into the lubricating oil when the wear-through thickness is reached.

  • The main shaft position control system allows easy adjustment of the main shaft to compensate for liner wear and control the product particle size.
