The DP Series Single-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is widely used in numerous sectors such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemistry. It can crush medium-hard and above-hard materials such as iron ore, limestone, and granite, and is an ideal equipment suitable for medium and fine crushing.
The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of a frame, fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl-shaped shaft frame, and transmission parts. Its auxiliary parts consist of an electrical system, thin oil lubrication system, and hydraulic cavity cleaning system. The fixed cone assembly is mainly composed of an adjusting sleeve and a concave liner, while the moving cone assembly is mainly composed of a main shaft, moving cone body, and mantle. The transmission part is mainly composed of a large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear.
