Product Overview

The ZX Series Compound Cone Crusher is a high-performance spring-loaded compound cone crusher developed based on the laminated crushing principle and the concept of "more crushing, less grinding". It integrates high swing frequency, optimized cavity design, and reasonable stroke, making it an ideal upgraded alternative to traditional cone crushers for secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-to-hard materials.

Structure & Working Principle

Main Components

The crusher mainly consists of frame, fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl-shaped shaft bracket, transmission system, as well as auxiliary systems including electrical system, thin oil lubrication system, and hydraulic cavity cleaning system.

Working Principle

  1. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, and bevel gear pair.

  2. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the axis of the crushing cone performs a rotational swing motion, making the surface of the crushing wall (moving cone) alternately approach and move away from the surface of the bowl liner (fixed cone).

  3. Materials in the annular crushing cavity formed by the fixed cone and moving cone are continuously crushed by impact, extrusion, and bending.

  4. After multiple crushing cycles, materials are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the crusher.
