Multiple Crushing Cavity Types

The spring cone crusher is designed with three different cavity types. Users can select the optimal cavity type according to actual working conditions, which features high crushing efficiency, uniform product particle size, good grain shape, even liner wear and long service life.

Support for High Crushing Force

Key components are manufactured with special materials. The crushing cone has a large stroke distance away from the concave liner, allowing more materials to enter the crushing cavity and forming a larger discharge volume, which accelerates material passing speed.

High-quality Finished Aggregates

With the special crushing cavity design and laminated crushing principle, inter-particle crushing is realized. This significantly increases the proportion of cubic particles in finished products, reduces flaky and elongated stones, and delivers more uniform grain size.

High Output Capacity

Compared with other models, it features a longer crushing arm, larger stroke and greater crushing force. It crushes materials in the cavity more sufficiently and processes more materials per stroke.

High Efficiency

The main shaft is supported at both upper and lower ends, capable of bearing greater crushing force and larger stroke. Combined with the special cavity shape adapted to the laminated crushing principle, the machine achieves higher crushing efficiency.

Low Daily Operation and Maintenance Cost

Reasonable component selection and structural design ensure long service life. The long crushing force arm reduces the load on sliding bearings, gears and frame. Uniform discharge particle size lowers circulating load. The hydraulic clearing system is easy to operate and reduces downtime. It features low power consumption and reasonable power distribution.
