The impact crusher can produce finished products with cubic particle shape, no internal tension and cracks, and superior grain form. It is capable of crushing various coarse, medium and fine materials with a maximum feeding size of 500mm and compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa. The impact crusher is widely used in various industries such as ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical industry and construction. Its discharge particle size is adjustable, and it can meet diversified crushing specifications.

Working Principle

Driven by the electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When materials enter the action zone of the blow bars, they are impacted and crushed by the blow bars on the rotor, then thrown to the impact device for secondary crushing, and then bounced back from the impact liner to the blow bar action zone for re-crushing. This process is repeated: materials enter the first, second and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until they are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge opening.

The impact crusher is a type of crushing equipment that uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, driven by the electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When materials enter the blow bar action zone, they collide with the blow bars on the rotor and are crushed, then thrown to the impact device for further crushing, and bounced back from the impact liner to the blow bar zone for re-crushing. This cycle repeats, with materials passing through the first, second and third impact chambers in sequence from large to small for continuous crushing, until the required particle size is achieved and the materials are discharged. The purpose of adjusting the discharge particle size and particle shape of the materials can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor.

Stone materials fall directly from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high speed and are crushed with high density with other stones that are shunted around the turntable in an umbrella shape. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, resulting in multiple mutual impacts, friction and crushing, and are finally discharged directly from the lower part. A closed-circuit multiple cycle is formed, and the required particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.
