Product Overview
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a derivative of the rotary vibrating screen, which organically integrates an ultrasonic controller with a vibrating screen. Based on the rotary vibrating screen, a high-frequency, low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration wave is superimposed on the screen mesh. Ultra-fine powder is subjected to a huge ultrasonic acceleration, keeping the materials on the screen surface in a suspended state at all times. This suppresses screen clogging factors such as adhesion, friction, leveling and wedging, thus solving difficult screening problems including strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high fineness, high density and low specific gravity. It makes ultra-fine powder screening easy, especially suitable for users of high-quality and fine powder. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is an effective and simple practical solution to mesh blockage during material screening. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, metallurgical, chemical, mineral processing, food and other industries requiring fine screening and filtration.
