Product Overview

Working Principle
The basic rotary motion imitates manual screening. The swing amplitude is adjustable from 25–40 mm, and the swing frequency is adjustable from 120–360 cycles per minute.
The residence time of materials in the screener can be adjusted by changing the radial and tangential angles of the screen.
The horizontal and throwing tumbling motion of materials on the screen surface distributes them evenly from the center to the edge. Fine particles are conveyed axially through the rotary motion, completing the entire screening process.
Horizontal and vertical acceleration increases as particles move, allowing particles close to the mesh size to be separated successfully, while oversized particles are conveyed to the discharge outlet.
