Product Overview

The high-frequency screen is also called high-frequency vibrating screen. It consists of an exciter, screen frame, machine base, suspension springs, screen mesh and other components.

This machine adopts a barrel-type eccentric shaft exciter, and the amplitude can be adjusted by eccentric blocks. It features a long material screening journey and various screening sizes. With reliable structure, powerful exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, sturdy durability, easy maintenance and safe operation, the high-frequency vibrating screen is widely used for product grading in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, new energy and other industries.

Application Scope

Materials: yeast, glaze, liquid coating, wastewater treatment, grease filtration, mud, waste water, waste oil, paint, ink, color paste, paint, latex paint and aluminum paste;

starch, soybean milk, fruit juice, beverages, dairy products, condiments;

pulp, waste liquid, Chinese and Western medicinal liquid.

High Frequency Screen Selection Instructions

  1. Frequency: The vibration frequency of the high-frequency vibrating screen is about 50HZ. Thanks to such high-frequency vibration, materials can be separated rapidly, making it suitable for materials with high slurry concentration.

  2. Angle: The installation angle of the screen is adjustable. For wet screening in mineral processing plants, the installation inclination angle is generally 25±2°.

High Frequency Screen Maintenance

  1. During normal operation, regularly observe the feeding concentration and keep it at about 40% to improve classification efficiency.

  2. This screen features high classification efficiency and excellent dewatering performance. The oversize material has high concentration, resulting in poor fluidity of ore slurry in the chute. A water pipeline shall be equipped for flushing.

  3. The electromagnetic exciter and control box must be strictly protected from water splashing to avoid short circuit. Cover the exciter with rubber plates to prevent water and ore slurry from entering, which may cause short circuit and air gap blockage.

  4. Regularly check whether all bolts are loose and whether the screen frame collides with the chute or other components.

  5. Ensure the ammeter reading does not exceed the rated value. Every half month of operation, adjust the vibration current close to the rated value (usually 8-9A) and run continuously for 4-5 minutes to shake off attachments on the back of screen plates.

  6. The excitation current (amplitude) can be adjusted according to ore properties and working requirements. To maintain high-efficiency operation, conditional tests on excitation current are recommended.
