The direct discharge vibrating screen is a versatile new type of rotary vibrating screen specially designed for special industrial applications. It optimizes the traditional dual-motor structure and adopts a single horizontal vibration motor. The material movement trajectory is adjustable in multiple modes, which greatly improves the equipment adaptability. Materials are discharged directly with large processing capacity.

Taking the ZPS-1000 direct discharge vibrating screen as an example, when equipped with 24-mesh screen mesh, it is applied for online screening of wheat flour for instant noodle production. It achieves impurity removal and increases the specific surface area of wheat flour, with a processing capacity of 350 kg per 150 seconds.

This machine is widely used for coarse and precise screening of particles and powder materials in industries such as flour, starch, laundry detergent, metal powder, additives, chemical industry and non-metallic minerals. It features large throughput and easy integration with production lines.Available model diameters range from 600mm to 1800mm for diversified selection.
