Working Principle

The screen mesh of this machine is cylindrical and installed inside the main body. After being conveyed by the spiral feeding system, materials are mixed with airflow, atomized and then enter the cylindrical screen. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and cyclonic thrust generated by the wind wheel blades inside the screen cylinder, materials are forced to spray through the screen mesh and discharged from the fine material outlet. Materials unable to pass through the screen move along the cylinder wall and are discharged from the coarse material outlet.
