Product Overview

Linear vibrating screen features stable and reliable operation, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration mode and high screening efficiency. It is mainly applied to the screening of dry powdery, fine granular and ultrafine powder materials in industries including abrasive materials, chemical industry, plastics, pharmacy, resin powder, ceramic raw materials, metallurgy, building materials, grain and chemical fertilizer.


Working Principle

Driven by dual vibration motors, the linear vibrating screen operates as follows. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously in reverse directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric masses counteract each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and combine into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Accordingly, the motion trajectory of the screen body is linear.There is an included angle between the two motor shafts and the screen surface. Under the combined effect of exciting force and material gravity, materials are tossed up on the screen surface and move forward linearly in a jumping manner, so as to realize material screening and classification.

8. Unique screen mesh structure enables quick mesh replacement within 3 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, this structure is compatible with various screen meshes, including nylon mesh, special mesh and PP mesh.
