The Vibrating Vertical Elevator (also known as Vertical Vibrating Conveyor) is professional equipment for vertical conveying of materials. It adopts vibrating motors as the vibration source, and conveys materials upward along the spiral conveying trough by using the combined amplitude of two vibrating motors. This series of elevators is mainly used for lifting granular, powdery and small block materials.
With simple structure and easy maintenance, the conveyor can realize quantitative feeding of materials with continuously adjustable conveying capacity, and is suitable for vertical conveying of small granular materials in various industries. In addition to lifting materials from bottom to top, it can also complete the drying and cooling of materials during the conveying process. It is available in two standard structures: open trough type and closed type. According to the requirements of different production processes, we can customize screening elevators with particle grading function and special elevators for flammable and explosive materials.
2. Working Principle
The Vibrating Vertical Elevator is mainly composed of an elevating trough, vibrating motors, a damping system and a base frame. This series of elevators adopts vibrating motors as the core vibration source: two vibrating motors of the same model fixed on the elevating trough are installed with their center lines crossing at a set angle, and rotate synchronously in opposite directions.
The component force of the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks driven by the vibrating motors at each instantaneous position during rotation performs reciprocating motion along the throwing direction, which makes the whole machine body supported on the dampers vibrate continuously. This causes the materials to be thrown up and move upward synchronously in the elevating trough. After the materials fall into the feeding inlet, they start to be thrown up repeatedly, during which the materials can fully contact with the air, thus achieving the effect of heat dissipation and cooling.

This series of Vibrating Vertical Elevators is designed with multiple cooling methods such as water cooling and air cooling on the basis of the original models according to customer requirements, which can fully meet the cooling treatment requirements of raw material particles and powders. For example, in the production process of the plastic pellet industry, it can cool the plastic pellets after pelletizing from over 100℃ to 30-40℃, perfectly meeting the customer's subsequent bagging operation requirements.
In the practical application of the plastic pellet industry, the cooling type Vibrating Vertical Elevator is usually matched with a small vibrating screen to complete the screening, grading and cooling operations of raw materials such as plastic pellets and color masterbatches, realizing full automation of the production process.
In addition, the spiral conveying trough adopts an innovative double-layer structure design. Circulating water is passed through the interlayer to quickly take away the heat of the raw materials on the conveying trough, realizing efficient cooling of raw material powders and particles. For the production of dust-prone powders and particles, the Vibrating Vertical Elevator can also be equipped with a customized protective cover according to the user's requirements, which can achieve the effects of dust prevention, full sealing and noise isolation, and ensure that the quality of the raw materials is not affected during the whole conveying process.
