Product Overview
The LS type screw conveyor has been widely used in various sectors of the national economy, including building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small lump materials, such as cement, coal powder, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash residue, sand, coke, etc. It is not suitable for conveying perishable, high-viscosity and easily caking materials.
The operating ambient temperature of the LS screw conveyor is usually -20~40℃, and the temperature of the conveyed material is generally -20~80℃. It is suitable for horizontal and small inclination arrangement, with the inclination angle preferably not exceeding 15°. If the inclination angle is too large, please select the GX series tubular screw feeder, or contact our technical department for customized design.
The LS type screw conveyor equivalently adopts the ISO 1050-75 standard, and is designed and manufactured in compliance with the ZBJ81005.1~2-88 LS Type Screw Conveyor standard. The conveyor has 12 specifications in total, with screw diameters ranging from 100mm to 1250mm. It is divided into two types: single drive and double drive. The maximum length of the single drive screw conveyor can reach 40m; the double drive screw conveyor adopts an intermediate broken shaft structure, with a maximum length of 60m (80m for extra-large models). The length of the screw conveyor can be selected in increments of 0.5m according to actual needs.
