ZSW series vibrating feeder is a core primary feeding equipment for mine crushing production lines. It is mainly used for uniform and continuous feeding from the silo to the primary crushing equipment (such as jaw crusher), and is equipped with pre-screening function to improve crushing efficiency and protect the crusher from damage.

Working Principle
Excitation Source: Dual eccentric shaft vibrator, driven by a motor to make the gears rotate synchronously in opposite directions, generating linear exciting force.
Motion Mode: The trough makes linear reciprocating vibration on the spring support, and materials slide or throw forward along the bar trough.
Pre-screening: The gap of the bars is adjustable; fine materials (smaller than the gap) pass through the screen and do not enter the crusher, reducing the load of the crusher.
Structural Composition
Trough: Made of Q235B steel plate with wear-resistant manganese steel liner, featuring a dual-purpose structure of bars and steel plates.
Vibrator: Dual eccentric shafts made of 45# steel, with adjustable exciting force (adjusted by eccentric blocks).
Transmission System: Motor + V-belt + self-synchronous gear, with floating motor base to prevent eccentric wear.
Elastic Support: High-strength compression springs, which isolate vibration, reduce noise and stabilize amplitude.
