Product Overview
ZSWT series vibrating feeder is a high-performance primary feeding equipment specially designed for mine crushing production lines. It is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding from the silo to the primary coarse crusher, and is equipped with pre-screening function to effectively isolate fine materials, greatly improving the production capacity of the crusher and extending the service life of subsequent equipment.

Working Principle
Excitation Source: Adopting double eccentric shaft vibrator as the vibration source, which is composed of driving shaft, driven shaft and gear pair. The motor drives the driving shaft to rotate at high speed, and the gear on the driving shaft meshes with the driven shaft, making the two shafts rotate in opposite directions synchronously to generate stable linear exciting force.
Motion Mode: The trough makes linear reciprocating vibration on the spring support, and materials slide or throw forward along the stepped bar trough, realizing continuous and smooth feeding without blockage.
Pre-screening: Equipped with adjustable gap stepped grid bars, fine materials smaller than the grid gap pass through the screen and do not enter the crusher, reducing the load of the crusher and improving the overall crushing efficiency.
Structural Composition
Trough: Made of high-quality Q235B steel plate with wear-resistant manganese steel liner, featuring a stepped bar structure to effectively prevent material blockage. The trough size is designed according to different models to match the feeding demand.
Vibrator: Dual eccentric shafts made of 45# steel, with adjustable exciting force (adjusted by eccentric blocks), ensuring strong impact resistance and stable vibration amplitude.
Transmission System: Composed of motor, V-belt and self-synchronous gear, with floating motor base to prevent eccentric wear. Frequency conversion motor can be optionally installed to facilitate feeding volume control without frequent motor startup.
Elastic Support: High-strength compression springs, which play the roles of vibration isolation, noise reduction and amplitude stabilization, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and reducing the impact on the foundation.

Core Advantages
Stable Vibration & Smooth Feeding: Adopting double eccentric shaft vibrator and stepped bar design, the equipment runs stably, feeding smoothly, and effectively prevents material blockage.
Adjustable Performance: The gap of the grid bars is adjustable, and frequency conversion motor can be optionally installed, which is convenient for controlling the feeding amount without frequent motor startup, adapting to different working conditions.
Strong Impact Resistance: Heavy-duty structure and double eccentric shaft design enable the equipment to withstand the direct impact of large bulk materials, with large feeding capacity (120–1500t/h) and long service life.
Easy Maintenance: Modular design, simple structure, quick replacement of vulnerable parts such as bars, low operation and maintenance cost, and convenient installation and debugging.
Wide Adaptability: Widely applicable to mines, quarries, construction waste recycling, metallurgy, coal mines and sand and gravel aggregate production lines, suitable for various block and granular materials.
Typical Applications
It is widely used in mines/quarries, construction waste recycling, metallurgy/coal mines, and sand and gravel aggregate production lines. As the first process of the crushing line, it is installed under the silo/hopper, in front of the primary coarse crusher, to realize continuous and uniform feeding and pre-screening, ensuring the stable operation of the entire crushing line.
Difference Between ZSWT and ZSW
ZSWT: Adopts stepped bar design to prevent material blockage, larger processing capacity (120–1500t/h), optional frequency conversion motor, more suitable for large-scale primary crushing scenarios with high feeding demand and easy material blockage
