GZT series vibrating feeder is a high-efficiency primary feeding equipment designed by absorbing Swedish and Finnish technologies, specially developed for mine crushing and screening production lines. It is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding from the silo to the primary coarse crusher, and is equipped with pre-screening function to separate fine materials and soil, effectively reducing the load of subsequent crushers and improving the overall production efficiency of the production line.




Working Principle
Excitation Source: Adopting a pair of vibration motors with consistent performance parameters as the excitation source, which are produced with imported Japanese technology. When the two vibration motors operate in reverse at the same angular velocity, the inertial force generated by their eccentric blocks overlaps or offsets repeatedly at a specific phase, forming a huge synthetic exciting force.
Motion Mode: The machine body makes forced vibration on the supporting springs under the action of the synthetic exciting force, and drives the materials to slide and throw on the trough, so that the materials move forward continuously to achieve the feeding purpose, with stable vibration and no material flushing phenomenon.
Pre-screening: Equipped with adjustable gap grid bars, fine materials smaller than the grid gap can pass through the screen and do not enter the crusher, which plays a pre-screening role and makes the crusher exert its function more effectively.
Structural Composition
Trough: Adopting a rigid structure composed of steel plate trough box, crossbeam and rib plate, connected by frame type ring groove rivets. The feeding end is a blind plate with an inclination angle of 0-5°, and the discharge end is a bar with an inclination angle of 15-20°, with wear-resistant manganese steel guard plate and bar to ensure high strength and wear resistance.
Vibrator: Using box-type vibrator with an integral structure of external eccentric blocks, composed of box body, transmission shaft, transmission gear, rolling bearing and eccentric blocks. The amplitude can be adjusted by adding or subtracting counterweights, and the gear is lubricated by oil immersion, which is easy to install and disassemble.
Transmission System: Composed of motor and V-belt, the motor is installed on the bracket with an adjustment device, which can realize smooth start-up and operation of the feeder and avoid transmitting vibration to the motor. It can be easily controlled manually or automatically to adjust the feeding amount.
Elastic Support: High-strength compression springs are used for support at the feeding and discharging ends, which play the roles of vibration isolation, noise reduction and amplitude stabilization, reducing the impact of equipment operation on the foundation and ensuring stable operation.
