YZP series vibrating platform is a high-efficiency vibration equipment widely used in material compaction, screening, and conveying fields. Working Principle

• Excitation Source: Adopting high-performance vibration motors as the excitation source, which are installed symmetrically at the bottom or side of the platform. The vibration motors operate synchronously in reverse, and the inertial force generated by the eccentric blocks inside the motors forms a synthetic exciting force, driving the platform to vibrate.

• Motion Mode: The platform makes horizontal, vertical or composite vibration under the action of the synthetic exciting force. The vibration direction and amplitude can be adjusted by changing the installation angle of the eccentric blocks of the vibration motor, so as to meet different material processing requirements.

• Material Processing: When materials are placed on the vibrating platform, they move with the platform's vibration, and the particles collide and move relative to each other, so as to achieve the purposes of compaction, screening or uniform mixing. The vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted according to the material characteristics and processing needs.

Structural Composition

• Vibrating Platform Surface: Made of high-quality Q235B steel plate, with thickened structure and wear-resistant liner, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant and has a long service life. The platform surface can be designed into different sizes and shapes according to actual needs.

• Vibration Motor: Adopts fully enclosed waterproof and dustproof vibration motor, with high efficiency, low noise, strong overload capacity and stable operation. The power and model can be matched according to the platform size and vibration requirements.

• Vibration Isolation System: Equipped with high-strength rubber vibration isolation springs or composite vibration isolation pads, which can effectively isolate the vibration generated by the equipment during operation, reduce the impact on the foundation and surrounding equipment, and play a role in noise reduction and vibration stabilization.

• Frame Structure: The frame is made of channel steel and I-steel, which is welded and formed by integral precision, with high rigidity and stability, ensuring that the platform does not deform during long-term high-intensity vibration.
